An 11th generation candy maker, Vinnie Grimaldi grew up in the Melbourne, Florida area, working alongside his father for many years in the family’s candy shop. Carrying on the Grimaldi family tradition, Vinnie and LuAnn combined their talents and opened VinnieLu’s Beachside Chocolates in 2004.
We don’t use any hydrogenated vegetable oils, so there is NO TRANS FAT in any of our candies. Our confections are made fresh, from scratch, right here on the premises.
